A short skills assessment for AutoCAD Civil 3D, designed for interviews. This assessment comprises questions covering a range of basic AutoCAD Civil 3D skills. 

 

AutoCAD Civil 3D Road Design (Advanced)

Web based skills test for more experienced users of AutoCAD Civil 3D, with a particular focus on Roadway Design.

Josh started with AutoCAD Release 12 over 18 years ago and progressing through each release is now building .Net applications for AutoCAD Civil 3D 2014. For the past 3 years, Josh has served as the technical editor for the best-selling book, Civil 3D Essentials. In addition to writing and working with the software, Josh has been a top-rated presenter at Autodesk University for four years.

Currently, Josh serves as the Managing Partner for InMotion Consulting, a technical consulting solution provider and a member of the Autodesk Developer's Network. His passion for helping others in the use of Autodesk products is stronger than ever.

Eric Chappell

Eric Chappell is a veteran author, trainer, and consultant in the world of all things Autodesk relating to civil engineering and surveying. As a consultant he has written or contributed to many works for Autodesk including tutorials, training manuals, and whitepapers. He has written or contributed to materials used by Autodesk staff for internal training and authored the Civil 3D Assessment, Certified Associate and Certified Professional exams. Eric has also written training manuals for Avatech Solutions and Engineered Efficiency that have been used for Civil 3D training around the world. 

In addition to being an author, Eric is also a well-known presenter of training material and developer of training curricula. He has been a top-rated presenter at Autodesk University for many years and has spent countless hours in training rooms across the US instructing new and veteran users of Civil 3D. 

Eric has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the University of Pittsburgh and is a certified EIT. He has worked in the civil engineering, surveying and CAD industries for nearly 20 years.
