Every KnowledgeSmart package includes three main areas to assess. Each area has been designed specifically to provide easy access to information.
KnowledgeSmart Assessment Area
KS presents an interactive skills assessment for a wide range of technical software applications. It is a web based, practical test of knowledge and ability, so users will need access to a copy of the software, for which they are being assessed. They are presented with a series of task based and knowledge based questions, entering answers into the KS browser screen.
All our assessments are taken online and comprise many different questions types, including; multiple choice, free text, pick list, matching list, fill in the blank, essay, order list, matrix and true/false.
Assessments are timed and results show a combination of time and accuracy. It's easy to administer and use and includes automated marking with helpful user feedback and coaching notes, to deliver actionable training needs analysis with configurable links to e-learning resources and training courses.
KnowledgeSmart Admin Area
The KS admin dashboard provides a comprehensive set of tools for managing the assessment process, editing test library content, organising user records, issuing invites, analysing results data and creating a wide range of charts and management reports. System administrators can access analytical information, highlighting results, benchmark statistics and training recommendations for individuals, teams and the overall organisation.
